Phase 5 – Develop an Exposure Control Plan to assure the appropriate care in the event of an exposure to bloodborne pathogens, OPIM, and chemicals. Develop a Fire Plan for staff and patient safety actions.

Phase 6 – Establish OSHA required and suggested forms for employee safety and post-exposure care.

Phase 7 – Establish a comprehensive OSHA Manual for staff, management, and auditors to use as a reference.
